I have had this tent for five years now and I love it. Ventilated and great vestibules. Will simply add that this a well-designed lightweight solo tent. The design really holds taut in wind, but I’m concerned about the stress put on the materials trying to pry it apart. Two generous vestibules provide an additional 8. Only con on this tent is that the backside vestibule is inaccessible from inside the tent and in very hard rain some splash can get on the backside mesh. I have used this tent 8 times now and Iit has never failed me. Easy setup, more challenging to take down. King Salami 25 reviewer rep. The setup is easy and it stands up very well in high winds. Showing of reviews. Reviews Solid three-season tent packs light and compact. All in all, this tent is fun, and I could not think of a better solution for luxurious solo three-season camping in Sierras.
The MSR Hubba will not let you down. If mine ever wears out I will buy an NX. It is more challenging than it needs to be to serie the vestibule taut. The rain fly is color coded so you always put it on right.
Tenting for over 35 years, often for over a year, I found the Hubba an excellent home. In humid weather I usually keep them open because it gets stuffy in there. Not the lightest out there, but it’s one… September 25, lightweightpack 5 reviewer rep Rating: I also have rode out a few thunderstorms and stayed warm and dry.
I was lucky and found it on sale. Joseph Renow Nice review LoneStranger Perfect for weight conscious claustrophobics. Cons Don’t like the yellow color. Very light compared other backpacking tents.
AmazonGlobal Ship Orders Internationally. The little MSR persoj solid on a wet, wind swept cliff top although the porch did flap a little. It is cozy, for sure, but it absolutely works I already owned an REI Roadster which absolutely requires stakes a problem in the Cascades when camping in scree fields with little to no soil. Just under 3lbs Source: Three-season solo freestanding dome Sleeps: It hasn’t shown any signs of wear yet.
Well and an amazing view out into the Gulf of Maine, but we are supposed to be looking at the tent. Please try your search again later.

What other c6 do customers buy after viewing this item? The vestibule is very, very usable, free-standing with only a single peg needed for either side of vestibule, ventilation is excellent, hlking in cold, damp conditions the new V6 fly material seems to breathe so much better than the fly of my previous MSR Zoid 1. This tent is no longer available.
Even the shock cord for the poles is as good as the first day out of the box.
Wind resistant and rain resistant. I was able to keep the experifncetm itself dry. For the backpacker who isn’t ready to go truly ultralight, this is a brilliant choice. Excellent space for a solo tent, the steep-sided vestibule is far more usable than many lower-profile tents. I would say that the temperature was around 0 to 10 degrees.
